All our watches are equipped with imported Japanese movements, known for their high performance, durability, and precision—making them well-suited for long-term wear.

Please note, however, that certain styles may feature Seagull movements, which will be explicitly indicated in the product description.

If the movement you receive does not match the description, we will issue a full refund and cover the international return shipping costs in your country. Our 2-year warranty policy applies based on the movement specified at the time of purchase.

 

When you subscribe to our email system, our after-sales service center stuff will send you new model quotations and useful watch care and maintenance knowledge based on the latest updates. We not only teach you how to choose your favorite watch, but also continuously improve your watch experience.

 

Within 30 working days of use, if your watch is accidentally dropped or damaged due to non-intentional damage, water exposure or other non-human factors, we will provide you with watch replacement, repair or refund services based on your true feedback. If you choose the watch replacement service, you need to send the order number and delivery picture to our after-sales team by local surface mail. Your local surface shipping fee is borne by you personally. When we receive your watch by surface mail, we will evaluate it. The condition of the watch, and then decide whether to replace or repair it. If the watch needs to be replaced, we will mail a new watch, and we will bear the postage to your destination country.

 

If you are not satisfied with the watch you received, but you choose the return and refund service not because of quality problems, you need to contact our after-sales team within 7 days of receiving the watch, and we will negotiate a refund based on your personal situation. Of course we hope that your purchase is what you want. If you still decide to return the goods after negotiation, we also respect your personal choice, but you need to bear the cost of postage in your home country, because we will pay when we receive the goods. Pay the customs about 50 US dollars in customs duties (we hope to provide you with perfect service, but refunds do occur and we hope you can understand that our financial investment is equivalent to yours). After we receive your return, we confirm there is no problem with the condition of the watch. We will give you a full refund on PayPal. Thank you very much for choosing to cooperate with us.
